Why Should I be Concerned About Lead Paint?

Heavy blog topic but, necessary. If your home was built before 1978 and has not been tested for lead paint, you can assume that the paint is lead-based. This is a Federal requirement and your contractor must be EPA-Certified or the firm must be EPA-Certified. We just got our EPA-Renovator Certification and will follow all the necessary steps for our clients safety and the environment.
